Thames Bridges Bike Ride 2012
Thames Bridges Bike Ride 2012, now in its 16th year, is an exciting bike ride that crosses some of the bridges across the Thames. Traditionally the ride has been 33 miles long and features 13-14 bridges, however for 2012 Thames Bridges Bike Ride will be featuring 3 routes, extended, standard and family and the most bridges ever.
The extended route measures 50 miles, and starting in Southwark Park will follow along the standard route but will divert around Regents and Hyde park before rejoining and continuing on to Hurst park
The standard route features the most bridges it ever has, 16, and remains 33 miles in distance. This now infamous ride will continue to start in Southwark Park and finish in Hurst Park.
Our 8 mile family route will begin at Ham Common and will take the scenic route along the Thames following the tow-paths towards Hurst Park
