Breakthrough Breast Cancer is dedicated to transforming and saving the lives of people affected by breast cancer. We will do this by finding the causes of breast cancer to know how to prevent the disease, by enabling early detection to ensure more women will survive breast cancer and ensuring precise diagnosis so that women will receive more personalised treatments. Through discovering new and better treatments and improving health services fewer women will fear the effects of the disease.
It costs more than £20 million a year to continue our work. Your entry fee pays only for the safe running of the ride. Please ask your friends and family to sponsor you and help raise vital funds for Breakthrough.

We would love every child to have a ‘put-up’ bed beside them to allow a parent or guardian to stay in comfort. It would be fantastic to provide toys and books and a variety of films to suit all children’s ages.
We want to make the wards, theatres, parent waiting rooms and day case areas child and family-friendly, too. We’d like to banish plain walls and provide suitable artwork to bring pleasure to patients and their families - and of course there’s the state-of-the-art medical equipment.
Please help us to make every child's stay in hospital with us brighter, better and happier.
