Starting and finishing on the outskirts of Cambridge, the 35 and 50 mile routes ride will take you through some of Cambridgeshire's most beautiful countryside. Plenty of refreshment stops along the way makes this a great day's cycling to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research.

NEW FOR 2018 - optional chip-timing on 50 mile route with results avaialble on the day and online results following the ride.

Other info

Minimum rider age 12 years on the 35 mile and 14 years on the 50 mile route. All riders under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18 and wear a helmet.

It is recommended that all riders wear a helmet- a selection of helmets will be available for purchase on the day

GPX routes are available after online booking.

Ride Gradings

Suitable for anyone who enjoys a reasonably active life. The pace is gentle and the terrain flat to undulating. Distances no more than 30 miles (50km).

Suitable for those with slightly more cycling experience. the terrain can be a little hillier than grade 1.5 and distances up to 45 miles (70km).

For the regular and reasonably fit cyclist. The terrain may include some challenging hills and distances up to 75 miles (110km).

These routes require a good level of fitness and stamina and feature challenging inclines and/or a longer time in the saddle. Distances can be up to 100 miles (160km).

Getting here by car

From M11 jc. 14 follow A14 towards Cambridge, then exit A14 at jc. 33 following A10 towards Ely. Milton Park and Ride half mile from junction where there is FREE all-day parking and also drop-off. The route from there to the start will be signed. Beware of height restriction (2.1m). There will be two marshals to help with taking bikes off roofs before entry, and to look after bikes while you park up! NO parking or drop-off at the College.

Getting here by train

Cambridge station is approx 5 miles from the start - follow our signs. Check National Rail Enquiries 08457 48 49 50 for trains and bike carriage.
