Route Challenge ratings

Suitable for anyone who enjoys a reasonably active life. The pace is gentle and the terrain flat to undulating. Distances no more than 30 miles (50km).


Suitable for those with slightly more cycling experience. the terrain can be a little hillier than grade 1.5 and distances up to 45 miles (70km).


For the regular and reasonably fit cyclist. The terrain may include some challenging hills and distances up to 75 miles (110km).


These routes require a good level of fitness and stamina and feature challenging inclines and/or a longer time in the saddle. Distances can be up to 100 miles (160km).

NEW DATE - SATURDAY 1 JUNE Starting and finishing in the beautiful City of Norwich, this ride takes you through some perfect cycling country with quiet roads and picturesque villages.

From the start in the Cathedral Grounds the route first heads north towards Reepham. The short route cuts east towards Coltishall, and the medium route loops back past beautiful Blickling Hall (while the 100-milers head up to the coast) before returning to the Finish at the Cathedral.

Other InfoMinimum rider age 12 years on the 25 mile route and 14 years on the 50 mile route. All riders under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18.

All riders are required to wear a helmet. A selection of helmets will be available for purchase on the day.
