Enjoy a great Summer's day cycling from London through the Chilterns to Oxford to raise money for St Mungo's.
Starting from Syon Park in Brentford, we first visit Fulmer and Burnham Beeches before stopping for lunch by the river at Marlow. The route then heads up into the Chiltern Hills and across Christmas Common to Chalgrove on the way to the finish at Oxpens Meadows. Here you can enjoy live music, refreshments and a well-earned drink in the beer tent!

| Getting There: Car | Syon Park is 2 miles north of A316, along the A3004 or M4 Jct 1, A205, A315. Parking on site.
Parking at Oxpens Meadows (Finish) in multi-storey car park opposite Finish area. (DON'T use the Ice Rink car park - you may get a ticket!) |
| Getting There: Train | Brentford (1 mile) or Richmond (2.5 miles) - signed from Brentford only.

| Other Info | Transport - coaches run in the morning at 6am to take riders from Oxford Ice Rink to the start in London and costs £24. Coaches run at set times in the afternoon (3.30pm and 5.30pm approx) to take cyclists back to the Start.
Advance booking recommended as spaces cannot be guaranteed on the day. NB transport tickets are non-refundable
Minimum age 14. Riders under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18 and wear a helmet. Road bike / hybrid / mountain bike suitable.
All riders are required to wear a helmet. A selection of helmets will be available for purchase on the day
