East End to Southend! Starting in Victoria Park, Hackney, we're soon out of the town onto quieter country roads. Essex will surprise you with its quiet lanes through rolling and countryside. After stops along the way for lunch and tea, we reach the Finish in the pretty gardens of Priory Park, Southend.

Here you can relax and enjoy refreshments, live music, a beer tent and sports massage before making your way home - Southend Victoria railway station is close by.

Last posting day for pre-registration packs will be Wednesday July 15th (applications received before noon)
Applications received between then and noon on Friday 17th July will be taken to the Start for collection from the Ride Admin tent.
On the day registration will be available and will cost an additional £1.50p over the pre-registration price (£23)

"I completed the ride with my friend... in five and a half hours without stopping and raised £1170 the charity !! If you are not sure if cycling is for you, give it a go, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain, my fitness level is so much better and I am looking a lot leaner. Once you have your bike, its a free hobby." L. W.
