Messieurs-Dames, join us – s’il vous plait - for Le Tour de Tendring Bike Ride! With 60 or 20 mile circular routes, the picturesque district of Tendring offers perfect cycling country with quiet roads, low hills and views to the sea.

Starting and Finishing in Dovercourt (Harwich), along the way we’ll visit St Osyth with its historic Martello Tower, Great Bentley - which boasts the biggest village green in England – and Great Oakley, its roots stretching back to the Domesday Book and, of course, Clacton - famous for its pier and pleasure gardens.

Run in partnership with Tendring District Council, you’ll be able to unwind with refreshments and entertainment back at the Finish - and perhaps top the ride off with a free swim at Dovercourt swimming pool.
